RELEASE CANDIDATE / OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED
Toolkit terms.
Purchases remain unavailable until final product, refund and support terms are approved and fulfillment is verified. These draft product terms supplement, and do not replace, the existing site terms.
License and corrections
Starter $29 and Pro $79 USD are one-time individual licenses for one named user. Team $249 covers up to 10 named users in one organization, including its owner. Completed reports may be shared with colleagues, providers and customers. Paid source redistribution, resale and public posting are prohibited. Team source sharing is limited to restricted internal spaces for licensed users.
Downloaded licensed versions remain usable indefinitely. Purchases include 12 months of v1 corrections and compatibility patches, not lifetime new features. Hosted community availability is separate.
Support scope
Asynchronous toolkit clarification and reproducible defects. No network incident response, custom design, guaranteed diagnosis or 24/7 availability. The owner must approve the support contact and refund policy before activation.
Refund/access policy proposed for review
A confirmed refund, including a partial refund, removes hosted access for that purchase. A dispute suspends access pending resolution. These actions never affect unrelated Fitness or Telecom purchases. Team seats depend on their organization’s active purchase. Starter-to-Pro upgrades depend on an eligible Starter purchase. The license consequences of refunds and any mandatory consumer rights require final terms review; this draft does not invent a refund guarantee.
Privacy and community
Telecom stores a username, display name, password verifier, recovery-code hash, minimal purchase metadata and submitted community text. It does not store card details. Do not submit private network material. Registration and purchase do not add you to marketing. No advertising pixels are installed by this release. Optional anonymous usage statistics start off; use the footer control to opt in or out. Only a small source-category allowlist and aggregate events are collected.
